I’m starting this project because you know what I was offended by a TV show. I know I see the eye rolls and hair flips because you’re thinking it’s just a show I shouldn’t take it personal but you know what I did and it is not the first time. I also bet I’m not the only one who has ever been offended by something the media or society has done. Instead of demanding them to do something about it where I believe we will go back and forth on the issue. I can easily do that for them.

So here it is my goal for this project lets us use our passion for TV shows, movies, books, and music to bring awareness to real life issues.

I want to do this through:

Mini Awareness videos

·         Where you make videos talk about something you care about. Almost like a PSA on the issue you care about.

·         If people want to use clips from TV shows/movies to prove a point that is really up to you but I would be cautious on doing this (But I like the idea).

·         Anything really just along as you do something you care about it’s all about awareness on the issue you feel is important for people to understand.

Talk about your personal experiences dealing with the issue you think is important.  

·         You could make a video or write a post on tumblr.

·         Why because I don’t think people understand how important something is until they experience themselves or hear it from someone else.

Talk about the media/social views on real life issues.

·         Media uses real life issues for entertainment sometimes their offending on the way they do this couple of times they’re not but let us use this as a way to talk about things that are left on said on why this matters.

·         Society let’s face it is flawed on its view point in a couple of things. We need to change that but first we need to talk about them and why it is wrong.

I feel like we need this project because we have split different problems and have talked about them separately we should combine our efforts in making people aware of actual issues in life.
